These leg hams are from Gooralie Farm, situated near Goondiwindi, on Queensland’s fertile Darling Downs. they are certified gluten and allergen free.

 

They are an award winning favourite!

 

These 100% QLD hams are handcrafted Christmas leg hams, created with Sow Stall Free pork and smoked for 12 hours using German oak wood chips.

 

We estimate that a Half Ham (approx 5.5kg) Christmas ham on the bone will cater generously for 10 people or more whilst the whole Leg Ham will cater generously for double that with left overs.

We will weigh each Ham when we receive and try to match your size requests as best we can, you may be given the option slightly bigger or slightly smaller on the day you pick up (which may result in a slight additional payment or refund depending on which way).
